This week, the Port of Seattle K9 Unit gave one of their finest furry officers an amazing sendoff.
Milo, a 9-year-old black Labrador, has been with the Port of Seattle since 2012. Milo is going home with his longtime partner Sgt. Chris Lewis for good. The pair are looking forward to taking lots of vacations together.

The very good boy celebrated his last day of work at the Seattle Airport with a big beautiful dog birthday cake covered in peanut butter and bacon. Make your own dog birthday cake with one of our recipes here.
Milo’s career highlights include working Super Bowl 50 in 2016, working on the security team for many Presidential visits, and cracking an interstate explosives case that lead to 7 felony arrests. Wow!
Look good; do good
